The 2012 BMW 6 Series is a latest version of 2012 BMW. 2012 BMW 6 Series is a 2-door, 4-passenger luxury sports car, or convertible sports car, available in two trims, the 2012 BMW 6 Series 650i Coupe and the 2012 BMW 6 Series 650i Convertible.
Upon introduction, 2012 BMW 6 Series both trims are equipped with a standard 4.4-liter, V8, 400-horsepower, turbo engine that achieves 15-mpg in the city and 22-mpg on the highway. A 2012 BMW 6 Series has a 6-speed manual transmission with overdrive is standard, and a 8-speed automatic transmission with overdrive is optional.

Though the design of the 2012 BMW 6 Series was previewed by the four-door Grand Coupe concept in Beijing and the two-door Coupe concept in Paris, the first version to arrive in production form is the 6 Series convertible. While similar in theory to the car it replaces, the 2012 BMW 6 Series gets many of the same updates in terms of mechanicals, technology and design as the recently redesigned 5 and 7 Series with which it shares its platform. Although the bodywork of the 2012 BMW 6 Series appears sleeker and new chiseled than its bloated and Bangled predecessor, the latest exchangeable is in fact bigger. There is an additional 2.9 inches of length, 3 inches of wheelbase and 1.5 inches of width, which should aid a cabin that was already pretty spacious as far as 2+2 coupes and convertibles are concerned. A minor reduction in height subtly helps reduce the car's visual bulk.
